Jog on neighborhood streets. Warm and humid but some of the lowest AQ values in quite a while.

alternate day and location to capitalize on 10degree cooler temps, but w recent rain, higher humidity. Good AQ though! (2) x 600, 400, 200 w 1.5R, 2.5 R sets @ somewhat over mile pace for 600, mile or slightly over for 400, somewhat under for 200.
