All around the area...were going to follow trail to where it turned into dirt roadand then bushwack to cabin, but went off trail due to compass error, made a big circle thru aspen and fern glades, got to the point where we were going to bushwalk but didnt recognize it, the road wss just like the trail except for a sign. Ended up on the main road and hitched back.

Bif River Speedwork 'all comers meet'. Times were slow but felt good to be running out there. Nice weather. 800, 3:02 (tt, nobody near in my heat). 400, 1:18. Skipped the mile in between the 8 and the 4.

Took another day off, yesterday was close to passing out everytime i stood up or went up stairs w some weird nerve spasms in my arms. Perhaps heat induced, since I've been working outside quite a bit, in any case taking it easy.
