5k that was a 4+mi. tempo run since there were no course marshalls and wrong turns abounded...to be instituted next year. the course was fun though, since it was not the usual counter clockwise around the whole park, but a half park out and back loop.

taking it easy, did 5 x 200 @ about 48 w 1:45R, then took 3R to focus on leg speed a bit @ 43, 41, 38, 38. Need some longer runs now, either in milage or in tempo.
