10 Indoors, 20 moving slow, in the strong north wind. Old NB 1500's, can't even find them on my shoe chart. It took a lot of duds to figure out what shoes really shine for me.
10 m indoors warmup (a get to the door before getting out the door device), then to track. 2500m 6 lap progressive run starting at 8:10 pace ending @ 7:40 pace. 3R, then 1675m run, 1:51,1:55, 1:55, 1:51 per lap, being 7:10 pace average.
Rested a bit and did a 200 @43, just enough to realize it wasn't productive at this time.
