Chocolate, sunshine and running: what a great way to unlock the endorphin treasure. Not unlocked until after the pain, maybe there is a lesson in that.

3 x 1275. Lets just call it 2R walk on everything to simplify.

10 Indoors, 20 moving slow, in the strong north wind. Old NB 1500's, can't even find them on my shoe chart. It took a lot of duds to figure out what shoes really shine for me.

10 m indoors warmup (a get to the door before getting out the door device), then to track. 2500m 6 lap progressive run starting at 8:10 pace ending @ 7:40 pace. 3R, then 1675m run, 1:51,1:55, 1:55, 1:51 per lap, being 7:10 pace average.

Rested a bit and did a 200 @43, just enough to realize it wasn't productive at this time.
