when in st. louis, make hay while the 'temps are 38 and its not raining'. 5 x 400 w 1R @ 1:44, 1:40, 1:43, 1:41, 1:41. breathing feels so labored, I got discouraged, but now wish I had done more. I just need to trust the air supply more.
