BRR 8:45 pace group southside run, but I peeled off several times to run on the gravel track and spur greenway, and traded heavy traffic for birdsong. Felt terrible at my turn around point, where i rested for 5 minutes, but on the way back, the more i suffered the stronger I felt , and at the end felt like I could go another few miles. Need to do more of these, so good for the breathing problems I'm having!
