Track was closed - don't they realize that the more places they close down the more crowded the other places will be? Or maybe they are trying to foster economic recovery by having people stay at home, watch tv, and buy stuff.

So went to Francis, and did intervals on grass. Getting hot. Distance and rest both formed a similar bell curve (sort of).
