12 x 200 @ 48-50 w 200 jog rest,, these weree painful, but felt surprisingly good on run home. all that distance training kicking in, i suppose.

SL Track Club half marathon. 1:51 and change, @ 8:29 overall pace, 8:13 @ 10k, 8:22@15K. Much slower than my 'goal' pace of sub 8 miles but there was a reason for that. Long stretches of continuous rolling terrain and hills. Strong wind from the NW, which I played into my run from the get go for the Covid protection silver lining.

Logistically I did everything pretty well, except once I took things out of my race belt I could not for the life of me put them back, distracting. Slowed considerably in the second half. But nice long run, great weather.
