warmup, mostly in gravel parking lot.

supposed to be a 10k race, but I felt stiff and unrested. did my best. time is adjusted for a wrong turn I took that appears to have added 45 sec. Was 8:03 pace at 2 mile, and the expected race pace never kicked in. 8:20 pace. Not sure why this should have been so much slower than my longer workout of a few weeks ago. Sure I'm getting older, but cmon, a few WEEKS? I have had seasonal meltdowns this time of year before, though. Just keep running, see what happens.
