Another BDISC. My calf and achilles felt fine--maybe there is something to the whole stretching thing. Still had ankle pain in the joint.

Beautiful day in Santa Cruz. Ran out along Pleasure Point, a lot of surfers out in 3-4 foot waves. Left ankle/calf never loosened up today. Going to get an upper body workout in tomorrow and rest the legs.
