Somewhat pleased with my perfornance on the relay second leg. Maintained more contact. My highlight was negotiating from 9 to 10 (corner to corner) where my strategy was to put the map away and run in the correct direction. Worked quite well and ended up with the 6th fastest time for the split. I was sixth over all with a few controls to go but made a mess of the last few controls.

Tried a slow 5k after the 1.5. Pace was perfect which I could have sustained but knee got realy bad. The minute I stopped sharp pain disappeared and hasnt returned. I guess the message it was tryiing to convey was 'stop running' I had tried several things to aleviate it while running. Keeping right leg slighty more straight than left. Switching weight to left side to no avail.
