making minor corrections to U.S. Sprint Champs "urban" map.

checked a few control location changes on "rural" map, plus made a couple small map corrections.

test run of "Rural" course 3. I am not surprised that it was still a bit long. The first round of cuts was partly offset by a couple additions necessary to improve leg quality. Looks like a little more cutting is needed.
