honeysuckle removal... loppers, chainsaw & pulaski work. finished moving mulch and planted a couple native shrubs to replace the honeysuckle bushes. At least 2-3 hours of work all together.

Ohio Breeding Bird Atlas. Actually spent most of the day in the field, but a lot of standing or very slow walking. Highlights included finding a federally endangered Henslow's sparrow, two colonies of Cliff swallow nests, and a field with Svannah sparrows and Bobolinks.

digging, planting, moving mulch. I'm listing 2 hours, but that represents spending most of the day, at least 8 hours, so a pretty decent general workout. I need to find some time to get out & run, especially speed work.
