32 degrees C (90 F) and very humid at 7 pm. 2 circuits of the Pine and East loops at Miami Univ. Natural Areas. Haven't run in 3 days due to very busy work schedule, but at least work has given me a lot of walking, a few flights of steps and some light to moderate lifting. But I'm overdue for some speed work / intervals.
