"Short" Sprint set by Ben Hart at England-Idlewild. Fun course, although I felt stiff and slow. A very hot afternoon, with temperatures over 100 F at teh 5 pm start. Fortunately, the humidity was unusually low and a nice breeze made if feel less intense than it otherwise might.
