UC practice at Mounds. Alex, Jamie, Nathan and Luke did a 3.5 km yellow course. I had Eric, Andy, Matt, and Skyler do a shorter version.

Nasty congestion.

Drove kids to the MVOC meet at Caesar Creek. The kids did well, with UCMS (Skyler H, Noah P, Jordan H) taking 1-2-3 spots on yellow course and the HS Rookie (yellow course) trophy. The UCHS kids (Jamie, 8th grader Noah M, and Alex Y) took the HS JV trophy.

I felt a little off, slightly sore throat, so didn't do a course, drank a lot of juice and water, and sucked on Cold-eeze.
