Physical therapy session - stretching.

Event setup, directing parking, photography, park clean up at Indian Creek

Event: Georgia Navigator Cup :: Sweetwater Creek SP & Dauset Trails
 

Setting and checking controls at Indian Creek, put out 2 game cameras. Amy, Jasper, Tom S, and Bill D put most of controls out, but I did a few. But leg was feeling well enough to inspect and I ended up visiting all but 2 controls that Jasper set, and the 9 I put out the previous day.

Indian Creek. Still had to avoid the steepest areas.

Walking with knee brace in the flat pine plantation and other very flat parts of Indian Creek. Seemed to work out ok, but even with the brace, I have to be extra careful to avoid twisting. Adjusting some point features on the new geo-ref version of the map, flagged a few locations for Jasper and Amy who have stepped in to put out the controls for this weekend.

Note: MRI yesterday, saw orthopedist again today, good news is that he thinks a few weeks of PT will have me back to normal.
