We gota look at new numbers, so we have some good direction.....
I will program some broad training. We gota keep it all moving and progressing.
You have CERTAINLY gained speed and strength. Can NOT let this bad race, overheating discourage.
I know JUST what it feels like, and it might feel like ALL the preparation and strategy was wrong, when in fact....it was just OVERHEATING. NOTHING can work when overheated.
Let's keep pushing forward

Greg, assuming no injuries....this has got to be a full recovery day.
Light/swedish type massage could be good on this day.....

Next step: GET RETESTED, we need new numbers to work on.

You may be exhausted on this day.
But you gota force yourself onto the bike.
The NEXT day is your rest day....but a good 'flush out' ride on this day will flush out the lactic and soreness that you MAY have....but this is to be a very chill ride. TOMORROW. BIG REST......
