Skipped for 5 minutes, then ran for 30 minutes up and around Boilerhouse Whitney included some pretty tough hills and a few flights of stairs., Then back home for 5 minutes of slow skipping. First run in months without ankle strapping and I didn't notice too much tension so all good!
