Orienteering 1:55:00 [3]
QB3 long, Heart wasnt really in it today, started out ok mainly cos it was an easy start. Unfortunately my tactic of just rolling round to get back so i could go home for lunch didnt really cut it in the tricker low visibility vague parts and it wasnt long before i was wandering round with no idea where i was. Al had a shocker as well so at least we could laugh about it on the way home. Its always more fun when your not the only one thats stuffed it.

QB3 middle, Started out pretty well in quest to finally beat grant, didnt have great contact w map and did a few smaller mistakes that eventually blew into a big'n. Caught back up to jase and andy who started 2 and 4 min after me and jase was in hysterics after he had cunningly sledged me at the start. Gunned the last few controls in a desperate bid to salvage the 2 min i was down on jase but to no avail. Stone cold last, but who really cares about the results just being out in the forest is what its all about eh jase?

Gympa/Strength 1:00:00 [3]
Boxing with Joycey again plus some squats and step ups, Sit ups etc. I am ok at standing still punching still gloves but when it comes to moving around hitting a moving target that hits back it a whole different story.

Cockies intervals round the Lake BG. Classic monna fartlek, didnt kill myself so it was quite good fun.

Ran to work, took the smallest steps i have taken runing in a long time. Got a bit of momentum coming down from the blackie saddle. Was glad to make it to work.

Tuesday Jun 3

Running 45:00 [3]
Ran with eric at lunch, round the lake, we did 15 min of intervals, 5 x 1min hard, 30sec easy, 2min hard, 30 sec easy. Eric went out like a startled cat, i could barely hang on but i felt better and better as we went on.

Mountain Biking 1:20:00 [3]
MTB on bruce ridge with Thomas at lunchtime, good fun.
