Ran round the lake over the two bridges in the morning with max. Felt pretty ordinary and was only just keeping moving at times.

Mountain Biking 2:00:00 [3]

MTB out at stromlo with Thomas. Rode out there and then we went up the world cup course. I practically carried my bike the entire way up, it seemed impossible to me but Thomas assures me people can ride up there. With my confidence shattered i struggled a bit even when we got onto the normal track, glad to make it back in one piece.

Cockies intervals at anu, I know this place like the back of my hand but its still fun, it would have been more fun if i felt like i could run fast.

Up Blackie with Alistair and Eric. We did a bit of a surge up Black mtn but got couldnt hold Alistair - at least i was a lot closer than last time, jeez i felt like we were running at 5000m i was struggling for air so much.

Ran round little blackie at lunch with ecmo and alistair, talk about cold and windy, at least i wasnt wearing shorts and a t shirt like eric.
