Ran with Andy over mt ainslie and back down through campbell and along the lake. Andy did a bit of a surge twice on the way up ainslie - i tried to hang on but was dropped on both occasions.
Ran from home to cockies training in aranda, 8 x approx 80sec hill intervals with the twist of looking at a map planning a leg and then drawing it at the top of the hill. cracker training. Struggled to keep up with shannon who was flying and then had to struggle into work where i immediately bought a coffee.
Ran home from work with Jase, we even did some terrain running, hardcore. We will both be challenging Jules soon. Had forgotten what its like to run in the dark with a headlamp, took me back to sweden and fittingly i got some reflux for the last 20min.
Run on blackie and aranda hill with eric at lunchtime, i did 3 x 5min in the middle, eric was recovering from and injured back so didnt do the intervals but wasnt that far behind me anyway which he slyly sledged me about.
