Vic champs, classic bendigo spur gully. i didnt start to well after practically missing my start (only by 15 sec) and then had to stop between 1 and 2 to take off my thermal and gloves. Took it pretty conservatively in the beginning running round a lot of hills and even went left round the road on the long leg which from the splits looks to have been a dud. Maybe it saved some energy cos torads the end i was feeling better and better and really starting to run hard and push, havent had that feeling for a long time. Definately a world of difference to the nsw champs a month ago.
