Vic champs, classic bendigo spur gully. i didnt start to well after practically missing my start (only by 15 sec) and then had to stop between 1 and 2 to take off my thermal and gloves. Took it pretty conservatively in the beginning running round a lot of hills and even went left round the road on the long leg which from the splits looks to have been a dud. Maybe it saved some energy cos torads the end i was feeling better and better and really starting to run hard and push, havent had that feeling for a long time. Definately a world of difference to the nsw champs a month ago.

Running 55:00 [3]

Aus middle distance champs. Great course and area, i struggled to ever get any rythm and every time i found the control it was a relief. Made a lot of little mistakes and only really got running once we hit the longer legs towards the end, felt pretty good physically but maybe because i couldnt navigate well enough to push myself.

Ran from work at lunch up black mtn and back. Best i've felt for a while and ran at a pretty solid pace.

Running 30:00 [3]

Ran round the lake at lunchtime. Did a few intervals, 6 x 2min with 1 min easy. First time in ages i hve done anything like this and felt better after doing it amazingly.
