Cockies christmas long run, good turn out for the trek up the 3 peaks. Grant M had laid some surprise cordial and lollies at the top of majura which was great. Fat Rat put on a bit of a surge up ainslie but was refreshed by more cordial and lollies before the long trek over to black mtn, grant picked a perfect route across the burbs and then ben set a solid pace up black mtn to the very welcome raspberry cordial. (thanks to grant and shannon again). Finished off with the long drag back to hackett but actually felt surprisingly good considering i havent run this long for ages. Thanks to shannon for organising it, great fun.

Run to work through black mtn, super sluggish.

Running 50:00 [3]

Ran to work via ALJ track, pushbike hill, doova crackenback and aranda hill. Hadnt intended to go this way at all but i was so concentrated on thinking about which way i was going to go i had taken myself halway along the ALJ track before i realised where i was which pretty much decided the route for me. Felt slow after SS last night but it took surprisingly close to the normal 45 min.

Orienteering 35:00 [3]

SS orienteering at the map next to wanniassa hills. Good mix of route choice, technical controls and faster easier controls. Was a bit conservative on a few controls but pretty good otherwise.
