Cockies long run. starting to feel tired after a couple of consecutive days training and the drag up ainslie was hard work.

morning ride with the cinnamon boys. was going to do 2 x stromlo ad 2 x blackie but cracked with one blackie to go so sat at the bottom and waited for the others.
