Longish run with grant out around the new arboretum. I dont know why i suggested running out here - apart from the nice himalayan pines it was horrible with the strong wind and acres of long grass pumping out pollen. I felt terrible.

Dunno how long this really was but jase andy and i did the gossan hill intervals. 4 x the usual loop starting on 5min. 3.26, 3.25, 3.24, 3.23. Raining and muddy but good times even though i didnt feel the best. Being rainy probably helped with the hayfever though.

friday morning cook group run, even thomas and searlo showed up in last minute prep for the 10k fun run. Pippa was trying her best to take us out with her excited darting about but we all survived.

Summer series at stromlo, wasnt too pumped for this before the start and the long grass blackberries and general tiredness once i started running only made it worse. Nearly pulled the pin but plodded round the second half. A pretty good course but this is the sort of map where you have to be pumped up to enjoy it i reckon.

Lake Ginninderra handicap at lunch. 24.29. Didnt feel good and it was windy so turned into a bit of a struggle. Time about the same as usual which was dissapointing since i had hoped for some improvement today after a pretty easy last 4 or 5 days.
