tried to do a long run but achilles was super tight and only managed a 5 min hobble. Dunno where this has come from, was tight on sat morning but ok running in the arvo. Strangely enough if felt ok by the arvo and probably could have gone for a run then which means it should be fixable quickly. Still, terrible timing now i have entered bogong to hotham, made an appointment with physio which shows how much i want it to be better. might even do some stretching and massage as well.
