Running 1:20:00 [3]

Short long run with jase through arboretum to weston park. After a day off I felt a bit ordinary to start with but came good after 30 min or so. Tested out some new running shorts for b2h which were great, also bored jase with a bit more b2h talk - only 1 week to go now!

Running 1:15:00 [3]

Longish interval session with Andy and jase. Andy wanted short intervals but jase and I convinced him to do the crackenback little black mtn combo and then one last surge up aranda hill. It was hot and a hard session in the end, 9.40, 8.40, 3.40. Dunno how the times compare since I like to forget what I did last time so I don't feel any pressure to beat them. Anyway felt strong without feeling fast.

Running 50:00 [3]

Easy morning run around black mtn. Ran in some retro new balance 420's that i got for a bargain yesterday. Shoe technology has come a long way in 30 years. Felt good anyway.

Running 1:58:00 [3]

Long run with grant Shannon jase and Andy. Took the backpack again for a last test runbefore bogong to hotham, getting a bit better at drinking out of the tube now. Felt pretty good today, grant was making it look easy knocking off 3 hours plus. Spent ages looking at the bogong to hotham course map and am super pumped now.

Running 55:00 [3]

Arvo run with jase and grant through aranda hill. i felt terrible for the first half but came good towards the end. fair bit of banter about the rapidly approaching bogong to hotham, grant wore his new locos which look excellent.
