Long run checking control sites out at timbertops. Was a bit of a debacle with dozens of new tracks bulldozed everywhere. Was out for much longer than this but 2 hrs is prob about how long I was actually running. Pretty sore now since it's been a long time since I last ran in forest.
Squeezed in a run at anu between a work offsite and dinner. Didn't have long so did 3 x 5 min. With a min recovery. Pretty crap run trying to find somewhere to run fast safely in the dark.
3 x 10min tempo surges with a min jog between them on black mtn. Felt quite ok but wasn't running real fast. Time to start training properly again, will do wagga marathon if if going ok in a few weeks.
