Gossan hill intervals with grant m, I wanted to do this as a bit of a fitness test. I was hoping to do them under 3.40 and was surprised to do the first in 3.29. Had to kill myself to keep the last one under 3.30, the other two were 3.26 and 3.27. The hardest session I have done for months. Still a bit off my best times from earlier in year but better than expected.
