Cockies long run, struggled on the steep hills especially up majura at the end. Need to do some longer runs cos I started struggling in general after an hour.

Started out with John power but his calf wasn't up to the run we planned so I did some intervals instead. 4min, 6min, 10min with 3min recovery. The first two finishing up aranda hill and the last up painter.

Gossan hill intervals with grant m, I wanted to do this as a bit of a fitness test. I was hoping to do them under 3.40 and was surprised to do the first in 3.29. Had to kill myself to keep the last one under 3.30, the other two were 3.26 and 3.27. The hardest session I have done for months. Still a bit off my best times from earlier in year but better than expected.

Run into work from uni over top of black mtn. Great morning and the best I have felt running for ages.

Early morning run on the pinnacle. 6 x 3min with a min easy, pretty lethargic.
