Long hilly run mostly on singletrack on black mtn. Tried to keep a pretty solid pace which i managed too until the last 15min where it was a real effort to keep even a normal pace. Attempted the ALJ extension but the extension is super overgorn now to the point where it was really just running round a very steep rocky hillside trying to link up a few animal tracks. In recovery mode for rest of day - which basically meant drinking softdrink at a kaels party which i took max too.
Run from work, felt great... until i had to run up hill. A bit smother running than the last few days, must be loosening up from the cricket induced tightness.
