Running 1:30:00 [3]

Triple tri run 1. Forgot to start my watch but think I did about 85. Struggled on the hills but made up a bit of time on the rough downhills. Didn't kill myself since I also had to do the Taylor run. Got a coffee after at the new espresso bar at newacton - prob the best I've had in Canberra.

Running 50:00 [3]

Triple tri run 2. Very sore in my glut and hammy before the start when I tried to warm up. Davo had ridden awesomely and pulled us up to equal 2nd. I felt ok on the climb and dropped the other runner and then got some more gap on the downhill. Was going quite well along the back of Taylor but then started to struggle on the bike path to the point where I was prob doing 5min/k for the last km or 2. Absolutely stuffed at the end and legs smashed. Nit sure on the time since forgot to start watch again but 47 would be my guess. Straight into Maccas for hot chips and coke after.

When davo started the last ride there was only s team of 9 in front, doubt we would have got them but were looking good to win the team of 3.

Running 40:00 [3]

Jog with Andy as preparation for running the first two runs of the triple tri tomorrow. Felt fresh which wasn't that surpising given it's been 10 days since I last ran and I was wearing racing flats.
