Easy lunchtime jog round aranda hill Bruce ridge gossan hill. Feeling pretty good but was wearing racing flats so not surprising.

Lunchtime jog on Bruce ridge with Thomas. Legs were pretty sore after the harder run yesterday, hammys super tight.
