Cockies long run, didnt feel great for most of the run but then had a bit of a surge up ainslie and felt better.

Ran with Jase in the early arvo, did a couple of surges, first up doova crackenback (about 9.30 i think) and then the second around little blackie (about 8.30). Stuffed running home.

Intervals on gossan hill at lunch doing concentric circles of the ridge. 9, 7, 5, 3, 1min efforts with 1min recoveries. Didn't kill myself but felt good running towards the end and did the last min at 3.07m/k

Took the bins out after dinner and it was still light so decided to go for a short run. Headed out to aranda hill and by the time I got there needed a headlamp, which I luckily had.
Halfway round aranda a glider (sugar glider?) floated across in front of me which was pretty cool, had never seen one before.

Lunchtime jog with Thomas and John P around gossan. Super tired and sore after yesterday's long run, but good to catch up w John.

Running 3:08:00 [3] 29.0 km (6:29 / km) +1450m 5:11 / km

Cracker long run from Corin dam up to gingera and then across to ginini before coming back down stockyard spur. Awesome views from the top of gingera, ginini wasn't so nice with a lot of towers and the whiff of diesel.
A bit of a shock to start with going up the wall, the new walking track is pretty impressive but they didn't muck around, it must be the steepest track I've ever been up. Felt good for most of the run and devil and I wound up the pace a bit toward the end. I thought we might get back under 3 hours but the super steep part at the end was pretty slow even going down. Quads are pretty sore now.
