Running 1:30:00 [3]

Running around checking out the area and course setting with Dreaded at the Gib. Was actually out in the forest for more like 3.5hrs but a lot of it was walking or standing around discussing tactics. Top area, more rugged underfoot than I remembered but should be good fun. I certainly enjoyed myself out there and the time flew by. Realised at 4.30 that all i'd had to eat since breakfast was a slice of banana bread at the orienteering earlier in the day and was starving so got a pack of salt and vinegar chips for the trip home.

Run in to work via top of painter, barmy morning and great sunrise!

Running 1:40:00 [3]

Ran 3 times today although only one was a proper run.

First to school via jammo to drop the kids off - then home to check I had turned off the heater, I had, and into work, about 30min running.

Then at lunchtime went out for a cruise round the ridges with John and Thomas, this was a pretty solid pace, certainly a bit faster than I would have run by myself but not tempo pace. About 55min.

Lastly had to jog home about 15min in the evening which I had forgotten I would have to do as I didn't have my bike there, was pretty sore and slow, about 15min.
