Running 2:26:00 [3] 32.0 km (4:34 / km)

Long hilly run with Marty and Brad up in the brindabellas. Started from bulls head and ran out to Mt franklin and then back past bendora arboretum on a lower track.

Fast pace compared to my usual long runs and struggled on the two big hills coming back which has been a bit of a theme lately. Plenty of work to do before B2H.

Great morning and nice run though.

Lunchtime tempo, 7 min up Aranda hill, jog down, 10 min up black mtn, jog down and then 5k undulating tempo back to work (19min). Plus jog to work.

Jog to work plus played 18 holes of golf in the arvo.

Solid early morning run with timbercomp and Titou. A lot on single track and prob 50-60 min of tempo paced fartlek inc up black mtn where john dropped me. Started at about 5.40 which was a shock to the system and felt better in the second half.

Run into work (20) and then home from work (1.45).
Felt terrible in the longer run home but kept plodding away up black mtn and looking for as much singltrack as possible to make it feel like I was going faster. Started to feel better towards the end so good training.
