Running 4:33:00 [3] 43.0 km (6:21 / km)

Long run by myself from tharwa visitors centre, up Tennant, booroomba rocks, honeysuckle, down road then up Tennant again on the fire trail and down to visitors centre.

Whole run was a bit of a struggle, feeling a bit dehydrated the whole time and site guts from the perpetuem which I haven't had for ages, maybe it was a bit strong, barely drank two bottles which isn't much for me so maybe can get away with less.

Second time up Tennant was a real mental battle trying to keep running.

Felt terrible afterwards and just went straight home without a coke or anything. Planned to go into work for a meeting with a guy from NT but was my lucky day since their office was shut down so took the rest of the day off after that.

Lunchtime run plus run to work. Ran up black mtn w Thomas inc 5x 3min hard 1 min easy jogging back down. Last effort was 4 min to get to the top. Freezing.

5k XC race at Stromlo. 16.45 Hot and started too fast with the first km in 3.05, although it has a bit of downhill so not too excessive. Had an early battle with brucey but then in my own with josh torley off in the distance. Not a bad time considering the temp but a bit off last year when did 16.31.
