Running 40:00 [3]

Evening run with Jase, still very hot, soaked my shirt before the start but it was dry in less than 10min. Did 10x1min on/1min off, hard to get going at first but felt better in the second half. Wore the newton shoes for the first time in ages, didnt feel as weird as last time maybe cos i was running faster.
swapped shoes with Jase for the warm down and had a run in his flynit trainers (45.5 - prob need half size bigger) which were pretty nice. Dont think jase will be ordering any newtons in a hurry.

Lap of sparrow with John and Titou, good fun although pretty warm. Rough at the start but going better towards the end again. Titou reckoned I rode over a snake but i never saw it.

Plod to from work via YMCA with Alma. Pushing the pram half time and barely worth counting as training.

Bruce ridge w JP Thomas and Joel followed by beer and chips. Slowly getting better and was good following Joel's wheel at the end.

Aranda hill summer series. Pretty rusty all round but good to get out after Al got home earlier than I expected.

Lunchtime run on black mtn, including 10k tempo on singletracks and firetrail in about 40min. Not feeling fast but enjoyed getting out and running hard in the cooler weather.
