Early morning run from home. Feeling very stiff and sore and was planning to do some longer tempo efforts but couldn't face it.
Stuck to small single tracks and even cutting through the forest on the steeper burnt slopes of blackie. Finished off with 25min tempo home over aranda hill and painter.
Planned to run at lunch but ended up putting it off until run home in dark. Did 8 x 70sec hills with jog down recovery on DS hill. Up to 6th light from bridge, wasn't going too fast but was a good session for a dark rainy night.
Cook night street orienteering on way home from work. No idea on planning the route so just headed to a close by control and tried to work it out from there. Skipped two controls early on which wasn't optimal and then just had to make the best route from the remaining controls. Almost 45min of solid running anyway
