Lap of the lake at lunch w 5,4,3,2,1min efforts all w 1min rest. Going better than last week which was good.

Had a crack at the ABS 3 peaks, from work (steps outside changeroom) to tops of black mtn, aranda hill and mt painter and then back to steps. Managed to crack the hour just (59.12 - 13.4km) by smashing it down from painter, actually I was working pretty hard the whole way with this aim in mind but only really realised it would be possible near the end.
Got to black mtn in 25.30, aranda hill in 36.00 and painter in 46.15. I did stop and start the watch crossing bindubi and belconnen way at the end as I would have had to make a kamikaze dash between cars otherwise. Good solid hitout for a lunchtime.

quick spin on bruce ridge just before it got dark. tricky riding west with the low sun in my eyes.
