Longish run w a big group. I was struggling after the hills yesterday and was off the back up black mtn. Peeled off early to get stuff ready for Mira's party and missed the surging that happened at the end which I wasn't too dissapointed about.

Andy's famous five hills with Andy. Started out conservatively and feeling pretty tight but got better as we went on and was going ok by the end. Good to get out early particularly as was hot by the time I was down at little As w kids.

Swimming! 15:00 [3]

A few 25m laps while Alma was doing lessons. Don't have anything else to do so figured I might as well try and improve my swimming instead of sitting on my phone like everyone else.
Did 16 laps today up from 14 a fortnight ago when I drank half the pool. Slightly easier today but still had big rests at the end of each lap.

Lunchtime run on gossan hill, did about 15min tempo running at about 4min/k, first faster running in ages and felt good.
