Longish run w the aranda/cook crew. Up blackie and along a lot of the single tracks, tired after the last few days but getting better. Foot got sore on the up hills towards the end but manageable.
Morning run on the pinnacle for a change. Did 6 x3min efforts to get a bit more value. Legs felt like bricks and barely got below 4min/ks, when I did it was only on downhills.
Up the common in bungendore and then checking out the "new" tracks on days hill. Did 10 x 1min on/ 1min off. May have lost count or run for 1min at one stage as took more than 20min.
