From glebe down to the water and along the edge of the shore line past pyrmont and darling harbour to the new park at barangaroo. Took about 40min but came back in 20 with a straighter route and with a bit of a tempo pace.

Same route as yesterday but in opposite direction and a bit slower. Did 6 30sec efforts in the end as a token bit of harder training.

Lap around blackfellows bay and over Anzac bridge up in Sydney. Left it pretty late so going at a half decent pace so didn't delay dinner too much more. Nice to do a bit of a different run.

Run into work via aranda hill. Pushed a bit harder for the last 20min once I had loosened up a bit.

Morning jog with Jase, knee was a bit better today helped by some good stretching time before jase turned up.
