Long run w Grant spectating on the marathon. Great runs from Jase and Kathie. Goid route planned by grant to catch lots of spectating locations but trudge home after excitement of seeing finish was hard work.

Parkrun 17.34 last min decision to do parkrun which at least meant I got a hard run in. Started conservatively and was behind a visitor whose partner was down to run Mara. Pulled him in on the hilly 4th k which meant I pushed a bit harder. Didn't kill myself but a hard run which was good.

4x5min (1min)in the evening on the black mtn fire trails. A little bit sketchy on the ankle at night and took it a little bit carefully but felt good anyway

Night run round cook and aranda w Grant. Only I had a headlamp so we bumped onto each other a few times. Nice warm night with a few funny cold patches.

Orienteering 40:00 [3]

Aranda street o, tricky course with no obvious controls to drop but plenty of candidates. Finally settled on 2 and had a solid run getting the others.

Finally got along to another "weekly" class.
