Long run w Jase, we had talked about doing a lap of googong but neither of us was really up for this so I suggested doing the loop down to the sewerage works and back along the river as something a bit different and still a bit long. I didn't realise quite how long it would be until it ticked over the 2hr mark and we hadn't reached coppins crossing yet. From this point we tried to make it as short as possible (including getting a drink) cutting up through the arboretum and then back through the cork oaks. Pretty cooked at the end but good to get through a 3hr run w not much water and no gels or food.

Orienteering at Kowen, not feeling in great shape but goid technically and enjoyed the run, picked up controls afterwards.

Holder street o, long course tonight combined with Marty's long warm up and down turned this into practically a long run.
