Short and sweet spin on Bruce ridge- pretty rusty but good fun. Lots of fallen trees and even heard then saw one fall down about 50m from me. I've always wondered if I'd have time to get out of the way if I heard one coming down near me, i can pretty confidently say you'd have no chance having seen how quickly this one hit the ground from when I first heard it.

Evening jog with Alma riding next to me. Choose a route round the bike paths and back past school and managed to sneak out 6km.

Street o at cook good course set by Marty but pretty long. Forgot my garmin so not sure how long but a good hard run.
