Camping down at bournda np on the coast. Got up early and did a single track loop around bournda lagoon. Bringing back painful memories of the Rogaine I did with Craney here a while ago. Back was very sore from the hand stand and cartwheel competitions we were having on the beach yesterday so struggled ducking under every low branch. Picked up the pace for the second half for some proper training.
Humid morning run on the pinnacle, short warm up and then 20 and a bit mins tempo. Going along ok apart from up the hills which I struggled on. A bit less sore than normal in my hips perhaps from Monday's yoga
