Orienteering 1:25:00 [3]

Orienteering at primrose valley, old Skool spur gully terrain and course setting with not many legs and some interesting long legs including one very long one.

Pretty rusty to start with, stopping a lot, but after a few controls got into a groove and really enjoyed the challenge. Foot got very sore towards the end which isn't great, going to have to do some concerted stretching over the next few weeks.

Arvo ride out to stromlo with Thomas. Bumped into Hogg Steve out there and rode down the hill with him before we parted ways and did another loop over the top and then home through coppins for a choc milk and doughnut at cook shops. Cracker arvo!
