HFW the shortest way. What's become of me logging a 10min run!! Had planned to do longer but decided to go climbing so no time.
On the plus side finallyhave kicked the cold thanks to the antibiotics!

Saturday orienteering, still getting over a cold but antibiotics starting to take effect abs Al enteredme so thought I'd have a go. Felt terrible but plodded around trying not to make mistakes.
