Evening intervals with Andy. Did 4 x gossan intervals between 3.36 and 3.32. Beautiful still evening with a great sunset. Dissected the socceroos wc qualifying situation on the warm up and grants mulch estimation on the warm down.

Tempo lap of gossan hill and Bruce ridge. 5min warmup and then picked the pace up a bit. Pretty stiff and sore after the weekend but felt better towards the end.
